Throughout the design phase of the project, our team will take a risk-based approach to develop a successful and safe product. We will work with you to develop a risk register specific to the product design, environmental, and manufacturing.  The team will manage the risk register, develop mitigations for each risk, incorporate the mitigations into the design, and ensure the mitigations align with the patient and healthcare provider interface deliverables.  

Throughout this process, our team will always keep the end game in mind and will never lose sight of your objectives. This is supported by utilizing project and program management tools and schedules.
